I am a poor college student that lives on my own, and I just moved into my new place. I want to get internet at my place, but I don't want to pay a boatload for it. I have a cell phone, so I don't mind using dial up, but I really don't know much about dial up or what I would need. What is the cheapest route that I can go about getting internet?What is the cheapest internet option for a college student?
hi Cierierr if you are on or near campus wi fi will be free. lots of free hot spots now. you can not use dial up it is much to slow, you need broad band DSL the phone company it about 25 dollars a month so that will give you some idea. good luck...
