What's all the hatin' about twilight?

I haven't actually watched it or read it.

Because of influence. I mean, everywhere I go, I hear that twilight is 'gay' and all that. From friends, from the internet, etc.

What's all the hatin' about it? I haven't read it, so I don't know.

Thanks. What's all the hatin' about twilight?
cheesiness.
Personally i tried it, but just don't like it. But some BOYS in particular could be worried about being critisised about liking something like that, peer pressure and all that. What's all the hatin' about twilight?
It's standard romance fair, which is to say it takes zero originality to write. Stephanie Meyer has horrible syntax and story structure, and couldn't write believable dialogue if her liposuction money depended on it. And yet her stories sell billions. That's why we hate.
If you know nothing about it, the hate doesn't matter. What's all the hatin' about twilight?
I haven't read the books but I watched the 1st one when it came out and I just hate the structure and acting in it. It's very ''teenage drama'' and cheesy and most people who are very into good classic movies (especially those who like horror and thrillers) will hate twilight and it's also very mainstream and a lot of people (like myself) just don't like the mainstream.
Just lots of ppl have diff opinions bout it and a good percentage of those twilight haters have jumped on the band wagon as the saying goes I mean I don't like it cuse i dnt like romantic books or films but I think everyone if its their Type of thing should tr it themselves rather than just not reading/watching it because of word of mouth hope this helps :)
It's terribly written, the main character sets feminism back about 50 years, they sparkle, the villains aren't even that threatening, the ending is just awful, they sparkle, it rips off a load of other, better franchises' ideas, they sparkle, it has no good role models, etc.

There's many more reasons; http://fuckyeahtwilightsucks.tumblr.com/鈥?/a> that I can't be bothered to explain.
