What are good resources about internet privacy?

This here is an excellent resource. It's a federal law explaining the privacy policies of online browsing:

From the website:

With exceptions like Google which will of March 2012 have access to people's privacy is giving notice and asks for individuals for permission to access information. Therefor, Google is not doing anything illegal. If you do give permission to a website like Google, then Google and Google only will have access. If anyone else finds access, then it is a threat.

Whenever you wonder about things like this in the future, always check a .gov website. That means that they are made by government officials, so they are legitimate. Websites like .com or .net can be created by anyone. What are good resources about internet privacy?
