What internet speed is required to stream movies from LOVEfilm?

Hi I have a ps3 and a computer and I was wondering what minimum speed is required to stream movies over the internet from websites like lovefilm etc..

Well if you have a good connection around 4mb upwards should fine for streaming.. But if you got more then once device connected to the internet you know the it for sure... but if its just you it should fine to stream movies..
