My game systems wont connect to the internet?

My laptop is connecting to our wifi just fine,and my xbox picks it up with good signal,but it wont connect to the internet for some reason. It worked two days ago,but now it just suddenly wont. My friend also couldnt connect his ps3 to it either,but it still picked up as good signal. Is there a reason for this and what can I do to fix it? We just got the internet installed about a half week ago.My game systems wont connect to the internet?
Your 1st step is to turn off your console for atleast an hour to let it reset in stop running all background processes. This also means to unplug it from the wall for this hour. If that does not work, you must unplug your internet sources for atleast 3mins, then plug them back in.The idea is to let everything stop running all processes and reset themselves.



Lastly, if that does not work, you will have to call the service provider and they will take you through some steps while resetting your internet from their building.



I'm thinking your internet got zapped by adware or spyware from a console or a computer.
