I am fed up with all the advertisments on my pages!!What are the best add-blockers for internet explorer?

It's best to use a modified hosts file to block adverts across all installed browsers. It doesn't use up any system resources either.
Another way is to change your DNS provider to an ad blocking one like Fool DNS but there's no perfect ad blocker. If you use a hosts file you can add the URL of the server hosting any ad that manages to appear to your hosts file to block it permanently.
There are tons of ready made hosts files available and also hosts file editors.
Here's one to look at if you're interested:

You can use it to easily grab ad server URL's.
